We have a remote user who has installed Cisco Any Connect on a Macbook Air and either;
A) The installation was incomplete or;
B) the install complketed but not correctly.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled any connect multiple times and the installation won't complete because it says Any Connect is still installed but we are not able to find the ICON to launch it.
The question is, where do these files live so we can look and try to delete them?
