Either your SSL certificate has expired or you are using a self signed certificate or certificate which is not trusted by your windows machine (could be an internal CA).
You can click on gear icon on bottom left of AnyConnect Client and un-check the "Block connections to untrusted servers" in the preferences tab. Try to connect again.
