ASA5555-X is going EOL this fall, so we have to upgrade. Looking at running FPR-1140 with ASA to maintain easy migration of 70+ VPN tunnels. Also using AnyConnect 4.9 client currently. I haven't found anything saying i wouldn't continue to be able to utilize AnyConnect 4.9, but before I put in the order I want to validate I don't have to also order SecureClient licensing as well.

you don’t have to buy new Secure Client licenses right now, but verify that your existing AnyConnect licensing is still active and transferable. It’s also smart to begin planning for a future shift to Secure Client.

Thanks! I just couldn't figure out if the newer ASA code requires using secure client over anyconnect client. I have a fresh set of licenses ready to install.
