Hi,
I have 2 different offices connecting to internet via 2501 routers. We would like to connect them over VPN for VoIP & Video conferencing purposes.
- Can we build VPN using these 2501s? what about VoIP & VC?
-Using 1750s or PIXs at both ends.
- If we go for 1750, Do we need to replace current 2501 with 1750s or they can be used togather.
- What is the deciding factor between 1750 & PIXs?
Any advice or link to more information other than CISCO site will be useful.
TIA.

I suppose it would work but;
can your 2501's support the level of IOS to do IPSEC ?, & VoIP?
the deal with 1750's is the crypto accelerator card, IPsec can be cpu intensive
A pix is a nice firewall, if yo need to support internet access for clients, it is a better security tool
than a router with the firewall feature set.
