User do not authenticate after connection profile connect

Hi Team,

 

I try to connect VPN user via cisco VPN client, connection profile connect successfully and prompt for username and password also. But after that I get error in VPN client.

There could be multiple reasons for this error message, the most common being that Cisco VPN client is not officially supported on Windows 8 and 10. So if you are using any of those operating systems, you should ideally migrate to the Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility client.

A quick search will show you a number of workarounds that other people have used to get around this issue:
