One of our user is experiencing a 412 error: Remote peer no longer responding. He is in South America using his broadband connection and VPN is not working. Before he left the country, I was able to successfully VPN using dial up. The OS on his laptop is Win XP SP2 and Windows Firewall has been turned off. Just wondering if anyone has experience this issue. Thanks for any replies and feedbacks.
