Using TACACS+ for VTY Access

I have TACACS+ setup on a linux box for authentication/authorization of VTY session on our core routers. I have the authentication part working, but the authrozation does not seem to control the cmd I wants each user/group to have. Does any one have example config for the aaa and tacacs+ server.
