Concentrator memory resources are critial,
IKE data on interface 2, from Peer x.x.x.xdropped
Memory system resources are at a critical level!
It happens to pretty much to all the users and all the user groups. What is causing this?

If you click on System Status under Monitoring what does it tell you as far as sessions, cpu use and throughput etc. Also if you click the tab underneath: Memory status what is the output?
What model of 3000 concentrator is it? 3005?
