VPN 3002 not able to recreate VPN tunnel after Internet comes back up

We have a hub-spoke VPN network with VPN 3030 Concentrator at the hub and VPN3002 at the spokes, connected through Internet. The Software version running is 3.5.

Whenever Internet connection at the spokes has interruption, the VPN tunnel is not recreated. It requires rebooting of VPN3002 for the tunnel to be created again. The IKE Keepalive option is enabled for the group.

I would appreciate if someone can provide solution to this problem.

Any bug in the above version? If yes, the upgrade will be required for both Concentrator and hardware client, right?

Did you navigate the bug toolkit for any possible bugs?

I didn't see any specific bugs about this. I suggest you upgrade to Release 3.6.1 on both the 3030 and 3002s. There are numerous new features in 3.6 and bug fixes.
