Hello: I'm having a wierd issue with the VPN client installed on Windows. Eventhough it connects and receive and IP address, I'm not able to access any of the servers on the remote network.
Is there any special configuration need it for it to work on Windows 7 proffesional?
The client works perfect with windows XP, we have a ASA 5510 Version 8.2(2) is in routed Mode
I'll appreciate your help solving this issue.

Pablo.

Hi Pablo,
Is your Windows machine a 64-bit or 32-bit machine? If it is 64 bit, this version of VPN client is not supported according to the following:
http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282364316/39650/5.0.07.0410-rel-notes.txt
However, version 5.0.07.0290 is supported with 64 bit machines. Could you install version and try? Here is the release notes:
Could you install version "vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9.exe"and try? Here is where you download this from:
Hope this helps!!

Anu
