VPN Client and the NetworkProxy Parameter

In the VPN Client (3.6) there is a parameter in the vpnclient.ini file called NetworkProxy=. It appears that this parameter will route HTTP requests to a proxy server. This would be handy in my environment, but I can not seem to get it to work. Has anyone had any success with the parameter? How must it be specified?

I have the same question.

I once got an answer that there should be a certificate installed but never got any real example. The answer was: "you would need to have all the other certificate settings in place as well. For this is part of the certificate enrollment and identification"
