I have two domains on the same subnet. One NT the other W2K3. I have moved/migrated computer accounts to the 2K3 domain and defined a trust between the two. Local access and browsing works, However, remote users can not browse the NT domain when using the VPN client. The NT domain relies on WINS for this while the W2K3 relies on DNS. I was hoping to move away from WINS in the new domain but the VPN Client doesn't appear to work without it. Using an lmhost file on the client is not an option. Any suggestions?
