Does anyone out there know whether Cisco is developing a VPN client for 64 bit Windows XP?

There are some third parties like http://www.ncp-e.com/ who provide an IPSEC client for XP 64 bit
Cisco currently has a public beta of the VPN client 5.0.7 which has the Vista and 7 64-bit versions, but no plans for XP.
