Does anyone know...if it's possible, using one of the Pix series firewalls to create both a lan-to-lan tunnel as well as accept incoming VPN requests from the Cisco Secure VPN Client?
Right now we have a Pix 506 (in a remote office) creating a L2L tunnel with a 3005 concentrator (main site). We'd like to give the folks in that remote office the ability to connect, using the VPN Client, directly to their office's 506 (thus their mail server, etc) rather than having to come through the main concentrator and then back out the concentrator again through the L2L.
Any input is appreciated...thanks.....

Unless I'm missing something, the pix can certainly do this. However, your remote vpn clients would only have access to the remote network at the 506.

Do you know if the "only access remote network" is a limitation of the 506 or all of the Pix firewalls?
