I am trying to set up a remote access vpn. vpn client dials in. VPN tunnel is established and i see it in the list of sessions. BUT counter for RX trafic increases but NOT for TX. What could be the problem ??

Is the vpn client behind anything doing nat, or a firewall? Also, check that any crypto access-lists are properly written, as well as any nat exclusions.

To clarify, I was talking about counters at VPN3030. RX counters increase but not TX counters.
Also, at VPN client does not receive anything while TX counters increase regularly.
thanks

If the VPN3030 is receiving packets from the client but not sending anything back, then it's probably that your internal network or hosts don't have a route for the VPN pool of addresses that points back to the concentrator. Try just pinging the inside address of the 3030 from the client and see if that works. If you can ping that but can't ping any further, then the inside hosts need to know how to get back to the VPN client addresses.
