The actual versions of both 3.1 and 4.2 support Win10. In you want to deploy for whatever reason an older version, the release-notes give you the information in which version Win10 was initially supported.
The actual VPN-Client is AnyConnect which is a new product and not compatible to the legacy EOL IPsec VPN client. The old client is not supported on Win10.
