I'm tryint to upgrade all my vpn clients. I'm getting an error message when I try to uninstall the vpn client (5.03) The error message: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could be run". I get the error message logged in as local and domain admin. The client won't remove off the computer.

I'm trying to upgrade to version 5.0.6. I have tried the manual uninstall
and was unsuccessful. I have tried safe mode and I'm logging in a local administrator as well.

Hi Jay,
Have you tried the following ?

Hi Jay,
What is the OS that you are running ? And is this OS a clean installation or is it an upgrade from some other old Windows OS ?
Thanks,
Namit
