VPN Concentrator Rebooting

Hi,

We have a VPN Concentrator with 6 L2L tunnels, oflate our concentrator is rebooting atleast twice in a day, can someone assist me troubleshooting the problem. We could not find any reason for the concentrator to reboot as there were no changes made in last 2 months.

Go to Admin - File Mgmt and there'll be a crashdump.txt file there. Grab that, open a TAC case and attach the file to the case. The TAC will be able to interpret it for you and tell you what bug you're hitting, hopefully just a SW upgrade will resolve your problem.
