Here is whats going on. I have setup the concentrator for microsoft client to vpn and authenticate against the ACS.When I dial up to internet, i log in and can connect outlook to exchange. When I connect over cable modem (no firewall) everything works. I have one guy who has a netgear or linksys firewall and he can log into the vpn and use things like remote destop to servers and such, but cannot get the outlook to connect to exchange. It says timeout, unavailable, not in domain etc. anyone have any suggestions? by the way, when he vpn into the MS server everthing works fine.

What tunnel method is being used by the remote user to your concentrator? PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, other?
Are the other apps, such as remote desktop configured to use dns/wins or ip addresses?

I have it setup for pptp. The client is getting an ip address from the ACS witch gives it the correct DNS, Wins, and IP. When he is logged in he can ping by name and remote desktop to them by name.
