VPN connection get established and session get disconnected frequently

hi Guys,

I have vpn configured on ASA (6.2(3) , the user complain they get connected but get disconnected (not while in idle) frequently like after may be 5 min / 10 min .Is there any factor tat  to be looked into for the timeout value.

And they have another vpn to a different site which works fine . so not a ISP problem

Hi ,

do you mean Pix 6.2.3 or ASA running ASDM 6.2.3.

please attach these one user having the problem :

debug cry isa 128

debug crypto ipsec 128

show run group-policy
