VPN groups and authentication

Is there a way to require password authentication for users that are a part of one particular vpngroup and not require it for other vpngroups?

My current crypto map configuration does not have the client authentication RADIUS local statement and I am not using an aaa-server.

Recommneded IOS software is 12.4(3f) with CME3.3 .SSL VPN processing is different from that of the other features in that SSL VPN involves both termination of the SSL tunnel and the use of an application proxy. The Cisco AIM-VPN/SSL terminates the SSL tunnel, and the router CPU provides the application proxy services for the published applications.Refer URL
