VPN IPSEC

I need your help to mount an IPSec VPN between LAN 1 and 2 Lan, Lan in 2 there are 3 firewalls (FW1---NAT-t --- FW2), but the FW 3 which worried me, do you have any comments or suggestions about this project (see attachement)

It can be made to work, but so many boxes to configure!

technically, for the lan lan 2 can join the lan 1. configuration of the route at the FW3 should be enough to 10.9.68.0/24 and 130.9.0.0/16.
