VPN temporary access

I was wondering if there is an option to create a vpn temporary user which password automatically changes every 10 - 20 minutes.

@Mustafa Daas there is no built in functionality to do this on ASA or FTD (you don't say which you are using). Your best option is to write a script to login and change the password, schedule this to run to meet your needs.
