Can't seem to get a good answer to this one so I'll ask here - can anyone help me with a throughput issue? We are running a ASA5510 at our main site, and when we connect with the Cisco VPN client (v5), copying files from a remote site to the main site (say, via a laptop running the client), is less than 1mb transfer. The public connection at the main site is 35 meg symmetrical, and the connection at the home site is 50 down 12 up. Connection is using IPSEC/UDP transport. Can anyone point me in the right direction to see why we are getting ~768k transfer speeds? Shouldn't they be a bit faster?
thanks!!!

Are you copying with cifs/smb/windows?
If you have an internal FTP server, try copying to that and see if the performance improves. If it does, you most likely have an mtu/mss issue.
