VPn Webportal not opening in Win XP with IE 6,7,8

Hi !

Please help me on this matter!

I'm having troubles to access in Win XP desktop my VPn web portal with IE 6,7,8 ... all get page cannot be displayed.

From my Win 7 notebook all working fine and the name is resolving ok!

Anyone had this kind of problem???

Hi,

Can you check the java version on your machine, maybe try the same as the working notebook?

Do you have any proxy settings?

I've put up the latest java version in the XP machine but no joy is not working.

Any other ideas?

Proxy configured on the browser? Can you try a different browser?
Firewall/Anti-virus running on your XP machine?

From your XP machine what if you try to access the portal by IP?
https://x.x.x.x 
Where x.x.x.x is the IP mapped to the domain-name used to open the portal.

No proxy configured, i can try with another browser and send you the results.

By ip it did not worked as well

Any other ideas?

The problem was due a crypto configuration on ASA.
