I think another set of eyes will find my error. I have setup VPN and can connect and access resources on the internal network. However when connected via VPN I can't get out to the internet. Our security policy doesn't allow for split-tunneling so I used the "same-security-traffic permit intra-interface" command and I am pretty sure I got everything else setup right. Can someone please point me where I went wrong, I am really rusty as its been many years since I have worked with cisco products.
Thanks in advance.

nat (outside) 200 192.168.254.0 255.255.255.0 outside
That will do the trick.

thanks for pointing me in the right direction. When I first put it in it cut all internet access off from the internal network and from vpn. I ended up having to put the command in this way to get it to work
nat (outside) 200 192.168.254.0 255.255.255.0
and leave the outside off.
Again thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
