hi,
can anyone please tell me if 2820 series switch can configure for vpn or not. i cant find any information on it. can anyone please advice me? thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
The Catalyst 2820 and 1900 are layer 2 devices, you will need a layer 3 device (IOS router, PIX or concentrator) for VPN (IPsec).
