both is VTI but
SVTI is static the tunnel source/destination is config
DVTI is dynamic the tunnel config with virtual template mode tunnel and there is no destination instead there is tunnel mode
where we use SVTI and where we use DVTI ?
SVTI is used whenever the both Peer is have static IP address
DVTI is used whenever One Peer have static IP address and other use Dynamic IP

Hello @Adil Bhutta,
To go further, SVTI is a static virtual interface used to establish site-to-site VPN tunnels. It is configured manually and requires a one-to-one mapping between the remote and local endpoints of the tunnel. SVTI is commonly used when the VPN tunnels are relatively stable and the number of endpoints is limited.
DVTI, on the other hand, is a dynamic virtual interface used to establish VPN tunnels with a large number of remote endpoints. DVTI allows for the dynamic creation of virtual interfaces based on the remote endpoint's IP address. This makes it easier to manage a large number of VPN connections and avoids the need for a one-to-one mapping between the remote and local endpoints. DVTI is typically used in hub-and-spoke VPN topologies, where a large number of remote spokes need to connect to a central hub. The spokes are assigned virtual tunnel interfaces dynamically, allowing them to establish VPN connections with the hub without requiring manual configuration.
