Why cannot I create new customization when setting up a new SLL VPN clientless ?

Hi I am setting up a new Anyconnect VPN and also customization through ASDM. But when I tried to create a new customization object and apply it to ASA, I got an error message. So, I cannot create customization. Please see the error message in attachment. I do it based on the link:

It seems like there might be some inherent issues with temporary customization file.

You can run the command "revert webvpn all" and give it a try. 
NOTE : This will wipe out all web-related information (customization, plug-in, translation table, URL list, and web content)

If this does not work , try reloading the firewall.
