why don't send hello packet on OSPF???

hello...

i wonder why don't send and rcv hello packet on ospf!!

if the network is

Router1(2505)-SW1(2950)-SW2(2950)-ROUTER2(2505)!

from r1 to r2 ping is ok!

but not negotiate neighbor!

The net design not support OSPF????

That equipment and that topology should support OSPF assuming that it is configured correctly. There is not enough information here for us to find the solution. If you would post the configuration of both routers, post the output of show ip ospf interface from both routers it would help us give better advice.
