Hello Lakeram,
It is the same process, you need to download an AnyConnect version that is supported officially by Windows 10, as you can see below:
AnyConnect 3.1MR10 (3.1.10010) and later are compatible with Windows 10 official release. Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support will be available beginning on 7/29/2015.
Upload the pkg to the ASA flash and the move it to the WebVPN as the image for Windows, and then configure Tunnel group, group policy and XML profile, please follow the guide below:
- http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/anyconnect-secure-mobility-client/119006-configure-anyconnect-00.html
Those two will help you, to configure the AnyConnect properly,
Keep me posted, please proceed to rate and mark as correct the helpful post

Hi Lake,
I hope you are doing great! First of all, thanks for using our support community, now here are my comments about your questions:
+ AnyConnect 3.1MR10 (3.1.10010) and later are compatible with Windows 10 official release
+ These files can be downloaded from here:
Anyconnect 3.x:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286281272&softwareid=282364313&release=3.1.14018&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Anyconnect 4.x:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286281283&flowid=72322&softwareid=282364313&release=4.1.08005&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
+ The files that need to be uploaded to your ASA so the users can download them from there are the files that have the following structure:
anyconnect-XXXXXXX-ZZZZZZ-k9.pkg
+ We have two options to upload these files to your ASA's flash memory:
1. Via ASDM
Go to Tools >File Management
The File Management tool lets you view, move, copy, and delete files stored in flash memory, transfer files, and to manage files on remote storage devices (mount points).
2. Via CLI
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa95/configuration/general/asa-95-general-config/admin-swconfig.html#ID-2152-00000660
+ Finally, after uploading the AnyConnect packages to your ASA's flash memory, you only need to specify them under WebVPN configuration as follows:
ciscoasa(config)# webvpn
ciscoasa(config-webvpn)# anyconnect image disk0:/anyconnect-XXXXXXX-ZZZZZZ-k9.pkg [n]
n = Sequence number, in case you have packages for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux, you need to specify different sequence numbers for each package
I hope this information helps you,
Have a great day!

The ASA already had the image and was configured to support Windows 10 machines according to Cisco Engineer. It was an issue with the Windows 10 computer. I appreciate all your help.
