Windows 10 + IE11 + Cisco SSL VPN Relay = Not Working

Has anyone been able to get the Cisco SSL VPN Relay ActiveX plugin to work in Windows 10 ?

From what I've read Microsoft Edge (the new browser for Windows 10) does not support plugins, instead it supports HTML5.  Plugins will still function in Firefox and Chrome while running on Windows 10.
