Windows AnyConnect stand-alone installer with DART?

I'm trying to find a Windows AnyConnect stand-alone installer with DART.

I can only find the web deploy package with DART for the Windows client, and we don't want to deploy that.

I simply want one client to be able to run DART but there does not seem to be a Windows installer with DART other than the web deploy package.

Download the AnyConnect .ISO file, and then extract all of the files to a local directory (you'll need to use an archive tool that can read ISO's, for example WinRAR). 

The DART setup file is there:  anyconnect-dart-win-3.0.3054-k9.msi
