Hello,
the IT department of my lab installed Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (version 3.1.14018) on my laptop (Windows 10, 64 bit).
After the first connection to the VPN, Windows Update completely stopped working (it does not work anymore even if I am not connected to the VPN).
What can I do to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance,
best regards,
Fulvia

Hi,
What's the error message that appears to indicate update stoppage ?
05-26-2016 04:12 PM
The error message is the following:
"We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet".

Is there any suggestion?
Microsoft assistance told me to contact Cisco and ask for patches or updates that make the software compatible with Windows 10.
Thank you in advance
