Acceptable Use Control Engine data version on the WSA does not match the version on the Management Appliance

Dear all,

I have the situation that 7 out of 19 WSAs managed by one SMA show the message:

Acceptable Use Control Engine data version on the Web Appliance does not match the version available on the Management Appliance.

Update Type	Web Appliance Version	Management Appliance Version
Web Categorization Categories List	0	1505772357

When checking the Acceptable Use Controls, the 7 appliances are up to date.

Also manually updating again does not solve the issue.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Can you check on all 19 WSAs, are they all on the same versions of Web Categorisation list?

If they are not, better update them to be using exact same version. Then perform publish again from SMA to any WSA that successfull for the SMA to fetch the updated version.

Also are they using the sam CM (configuration master) version?

Hi Handy,

sorry for my late reply, I was not available last week. The issue is no longer existing. All WSAs are updated now. Funny thing is, that it have been 7 WSAs around the world that have not been updated properly.

For now, this is settled.
