Hi, with Cisco S695 I need to block access to google drive but not to other google services. I created a Custom URL Category where I set block for the drive.google.com domain, but it doesn't work. I saw that google drive uses this category: Infrastructure and content delivery networks; if I block this category google drive does not work, but in this way not only google drive is blocked but also other internet sites that I do not intend to block.
Thanks for your help

Do you have HTTPS decruption setup, and you may also track the logs accessing google drive to understand what required to block.
based on the logs you need to create an access policy to block google drive.

Hello, unfortunately, for the moment, we haven't https decruption setup. If in the Custom URL Category, in addition to drive.google.com, I add .googleusercontent.com, access to google drive takes place anyway but I can block the download of the files. So it would be fine anyway, the problem is that blocking .googleusercontent.com does not allow the download of the attached files of GMAIL
My goal is not to use the cloud service, unfortunately Google Drive is not part of the "Online storage and backup" category that I blocked. Before Cisco WSA I was using TMG 2010 and to block Google Drive I just had to block "drive.google.com".
Thanks
