i am new to ironport ....i have a ? . When I am accessing adult website receiving notification with URL category (“because the web category "Porn" is not allowed”) . Same is not showing with games site. please help me how to change it.
Just check the box in Access Policy -> URL Categories -> Games.
If you're still not getting blocked run a Policy Trace from the System Administration tab to see how the URL you are trying to access is getting classified.
