Can S170 limit bandwidth to microsoft?

A tremendous amount of bandwidth is being transmitted periodically to and from various Microsoft servers such as officecdn.microsoft.com or bg.v4.a.dl.ws.microsoft.com.  This aggregate bandwidth usage really brings legitimate business required web applications to a crawl.  Right now I actually put a block in for .microsoft.com just to stop it for now.  Researching other products like a BlueCoat PacketShaper appears that they are a very expensive solution that would not be able to be budgeted for in this calendar year.

Is there any way instead of blocking *.microsoft.com in the S170 to just limit its usage, or throttle it to 2mbps?

We also have an inquiry in to our ISP for pricing to go from 50mbps to 100,200,300 or 500mbps.  Depending on the price we will do that as well.

I have the same question!...  I don't think it can, but it would be nice...

We ended up upgrading our pipe from 50meg to 250 meg, but brute force capital expenditures would not have been the cleanest way to go.  Not quite sure why this device cannot do bandwidth control if it is http or https.
