Cisco Secure Access and MS Sharepoint CellStorage Web service

Hello,

When using Cisco Secure Access, I am seeing blocks towards  http://Site/_vti_bin/CellStorage.svc

It is not identified as it's own application or service,

And blocked due to Potentially Unwanted Applications (Corrupted File)

Any best approach here to allow file syncing but not decrypt whole sharepoint locations?

Hey @mrjelly ,

The error is likely caused by the use of the MS-FSSHTTP protocol by the SharePoint application.

You should add the impacted domains to the Do Not Decrypt list in Secure Access. That way, CSA will not perform SSL decryption on the SharePoint co-authoring service.
