Cisco Talos - Content Categorization

Hello,

I have tried to use Cisco Talos the "content categorization". I have logged 2 tickets and for some reasons under the Ticket ID is still at the "Processing" stage. It has been like this for a week now. Usually this is very quick and I get a response in less than an hour. 

Can somebody fix this?

Hi Flavian. Please note that this community wouldn't be able to fix any issues on Talso side and I think you would need to reach out to Talos customer support directly.

Hi,

Thanks for the replay. On their page there is no option to reach out to them for a technical issue such as logging ticket fault..

There are other options related to their features where you can log a ticket but in my case that is not helpful. 

I will see what I can do
