Cisco Umbrella VA and roaming client

Hi Team,

Im trying to deploy Cisco umbrella VA for in side network and client roaming for users seating outside.

Just want to know if i install Cisco agent on all the machine is VA needs to be required to install on every site

Umbrella VA's are mostly just fancy DNS servers... so, do you have DNS in each site?

If you have the agent installed on all machines, then the VA is not necessary. VA could provide visibility for devices without the agent, and it can also help concentrate DNS requests if you don't want your firewall open in the network to allow all devices to send their own DNS.
