Cisco Web Security Appliance unable to access to setup

How to access the Cisco Web Security Appliance S370 to setup. Unable to access gui through 192.168.42.42 any suggestions?

If the subnet you plugged the mgmt port into has DHCP, it will get an address on that port (but not P1 or T1..)

Thanks Ken I found out that someone had already did some initial setup. Static IP was configured client was never given documentation.
