- hardware or software based SSL termination?

- support Content policy language to create custom text‐based policies.

- Support HTTP compression, Object caching, Bandwidth optimization and protocol optimization Managed via HTTP and HTTPD, CLI, Telnet, SSHv2 and support auto logout enforcement.

this is to fill in a RFP? 

• you can do decryption of https traffic
• you can make your own 'text' if a rule hits the blocked policy
• you can do caching / bandwith optimalization for video sites 
• all management is supported but most of the things you can only do in HTTPS. Some advanced only on CLI.
