To answer my own question if someone else has the same problem:

Demo licenses can be aquired through the cisco licensing page:

https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/demoPage

From the "Security Products" one can choose "Cisco Virtual Appliance Demo License" and there are the links to get a 45 day DEMO license for:

Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) Virtual Appliance and

Cisco Web Security Appliance(WSA) Virtual Appliance

Hi,

I am trying to load demo license on virtual appliance however it is not proceeding for 'End User License Agreement' and following message is appearing on the console,

'License not valid yet'

Any idea , what could be the problem ?

How can I get demo license? What is wrong?

Fedor, you did post your ESA (C100V) question in the Web forum ( for WSA and WSAv), so in the future please make sure you add your question in the appropriate forum.

To answer you, you do not need the virtual license number when requesting demo keys. Leave at blank.

Just 1 question, when I am ready to get the License appears the next information, do you know if the number 1 in the Qty column means 1 demo for just 1 user? Or do you know if I can get 1 demo for many users?
