I am implementing Scansafe for a client.
We are using a connector on one of our Windows DCs and I can browse through this and am using a Cisco address for browsing.
I have set up AD on both scansafe portal and the connector. I tested AD on the portal and it authenticated my username on AD.
Have added a couple of AD groups to test - however these don't seem to be associating with my session to block content.
I added the AD groups E.g. WinNT://ClientUK/IT
Do I need to qualify the group name further? It is a few levels down in OU containers or is the group name itself enough?
Have I missed some form of authentication on the connector?
Any help would be much appreciated!
