We have recently deployed CWS in our environment CWS is filtering traffic as it should but I have ran into a snag. After setting up the context directory agent I see that it is indeed mapping IPs to users but the mapping never makes it to the cloud web filtering for reporting. Am I missing something here?

Specifically the section about "Consumer Devices".  CWS will be a "consumer device" as in it gets data from the CDA.

I don't use CWS, so it may be that you feed your ASA the login info, or there may be a way you tell CDA to push the info to CWS...

The CDA actually pushes the user to IP mapping to the ASA via RADIUS. The asa is set up as the user device not CWS. I'll try your suggestion and see what happens.
