Different reputation scores

Hello,

sometimes I see that a website is blocked by our WSA due to a bad reputation score.

Then I'd like to submit the URL to get a re-check by Cisco. But the online check results in a "neutral" status.

Does anybody seen this issue before?

Attached are some screenshots of policy trace, online check and proxy error in browser.

Thank you,

Roland

You can also check the Web Reputation Score by using senderbase.org.

moosprojectviewer.com is having a poor reputation score.

Hello,

thank you for your reply.

I'd like to let Cisco do a re-check of the URL. I don't want to whitelist this URL manually on our WSA. When I do a manual whitelisting the URL won't be blocked again in case of a newly occured bad reputation.

If I will submit the URL at securityhub.cisco.com, Cisco would tell me the reputation is OK - but it isn't - not on our WSA.

Hello,

I would recommend opening a TAC case and providing the URL information, and we can then proceed to take the next steps.

Thanks!
