Domain timeout

Hi Guys,

I have this weird issue, where one of my customers cant reach this web - http://www.onlinetestconf.com/

The domain is normally accessible from outside and no blocking on company FW, router, switch etc.

When I tried to tail his traffic, when he hit enter in browser to go to this domain, log is full of records about http://clients5.google.com/

it looks like in the backgroud this http://clients5.google.com/ is trying to fetch the domain, but ends in timeout.

Any suggestions please?

You can SSH to devices

grep and select option 1

either you can select user IP or URL to grep and see what rules it is blocking.

in general most of the domains have some google analytics.

take the logs and closely observe and see why it is blocking.
