ESA Failed to authenticate with manifest server

I am trying to update ESA through CLI command: 

updatenow force

tail updater_logs returns error:

Dynamic manifest fetch failure: Failed to authenticate with manifest server

telnet update-manifests.sco.cisco.com 443 is OK

ESA C100V Version : 12.0.0-419
Smart Licensing is : Enabled
Registration Status: Registered
License Authorization Status: Authorized

I'm having the same issue.

It appears to be a known issue with smart licensing on content security appliances.
