When you go to some sites like http://ncpanet.org/index.php/advocacy/legislative-action-center there are links embedded into the page that should not be there. If I take my laptop to our other office that is not on the Ironport the links are not there. It seems they only appear when you go through the Ironport. This is a very painful issue and could be serious if our users click on one of the links.
Hi, I just tested this against 3 different versions of WSA and did not see the problem you are reporting. If this continues I suggest you contact Cisco support. This does not appear to be an issue specifically with the WSA itself from my findings.
